The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs says that his department is going to use Russian "experts" and databases.

The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus and the chairman of the supervisory board of the Dynama-Minsk hockey club, Ihar Shunevich, has explained how foreign police officers will help the Belarusian ones during the II European Games that will be held in Minsk in a year, pressball.by reports.

– Foreign police officers can serve only as experts in our territory. They will set up connection between the fans of this particular country with the law enforcement agencies of our state. They will act as a possible source of information on a specific public order offender using their databases. This applies not only to Russian policemen, but also to the ones from other countries.

In fact, we have not yet decided which countries’ employees we will engage. If there are a lot of fans from a particular country, we will ask it to send us its liaison officers, – Shunevich said on the air of the Belarus 1 TV channel.

Earlier it was reported that during the Euro-Games-2019, the Russian police will provide assistance to the Belarusian law enforcement agencies.
