Belsat Operator Fined For Stream Of Press Conference In Kurapaty

Operator Siarhei Kavaliou received by mail a judicial decision, which refered to a fine of 980 rubles.

He was fined for the stream of a press conference at the restaurant in Kurapaty, which Belsat held on July 20. The punishment was imposed by Babruisk District Court judge Alena Harmash.

Siarhei Kavaliou received a call from the court and was warned about the meeting. The journalist did not go there, so the case was considered without him. A week ago, it became known that journalist Katsiaryna Andreyeva had been fined 1225 rubles for a stream from the restaurant in Kurapaty as well.
