Putin And Lukashenka Talks Will Last Long

The negotiations between the Russian and Belarusian rulers, Putin and Lukashenka, which take place in Sochi on September 21, will be "long and substantial," The Moscow Post reports.

According to the press secretary of the Russian governor, Dmitry Peskov, the negotiations promise to be "long-lasting" and "substantial."

He also described the relations between the two countries as "very eventful and multi-vector ones."

In Sochi, Putin and Lukashenka plan to discuss export duties on petroleum products, as the Russian leader stated the need to "compare the notes."
