Public Appeal of Slonim Activists on the "Trade Unions' case".

Slonim activists declaim against the framed criminal case against Chairman of the Independent Trade Union of Radio and Electronic Industry (REP) Henadz Fyadynich and its general accountant Ihar Komlik, Radio Racyja reports.

They are charged with evasion of taxes in in especially big amount (Art. 243, para 2 of the Criminal Code).

The appeal says:

- We are members of the Slonim Union of Democratic Forces believe that today independent Trade Unions are the only non-political organizations which defend workers from employers' despotism.

In this regard, we address to leaders of all parties and organizations of Belarus and offer them to appear with all their members on the day of delivering judgment on the REP case in court of the Leninski District of Minsk. Together we are strong!
