The time of granting access was postponed for two months.

From November 1, local authorities will get access to the database of able-bodied citizens who are not employed in the economy, the National Center for Electronic Services informs. Earlier it was assumed that this database would be created before September 1.

The resolution of the Council of Ministers № 509 defines the list of consumers who can conclude contracts for the provision of electronic services of the national state-of-the-art automated information system, BelTA informs. These are the lists of identification numbers and other personal data for forming the base of people, who are not employed in the economy (the so-called "parasites").

Government agencies and other organizations (the ministries, Beldziarzhstrakh, creative unions, private educational institutions, regional executive committees and the Minsk City Executive Committee, other state bodies) will be able to use these bases. The executive committees of all the levels and administration of districts in cities are the consumers of the service.
