The basis is continuity, appearance of promising youth in these clubs as time passes on. Numerous population, already created infrastructure - young people should look and join local professional teams. The youngsters first have to play at home, given that they are studying there and their parents live there. For the cities with major population, this is an opportunity to give their stars to hockey," Savilau said.
