The REP trade union leader has proved in court that the information got via "wiretapping" is not true.

The court session on the "trade union case" made it clear that telephone conversations of the defendants were tapped even during the trial, spring96.org informs.

On this occasion, Hennadz Fiadynich, the REP trade union leader, stated in court that the wiretapping data was acquired in violation of the law and had no power. "Why am I still being bugged? They treat me as some ISIS member!" – Hennadz Fiadynich said.

Today, Fiadynich filed a petition stating that the data provided by VELCOM differ from the data voiced by the IC at the last court session. It turned out that the number of calls was significantly different from the number of calls that the prosecution had voiced.

The prosecutor protested against the petition. The judge satisfied the petition.
