In the morning of August 16, a car was pelted with eggs and dusted with flour in Baranavichy. The hooligans spattered with paint the numbers of the car, tut.by writes.

The incident occurred in the yard at 155 Telman Street. It is reported that the parking lot was chosen well enough: the car was in nobody’s way. The hooligans did not touch the cars standing next to it.

The Baranavichy Municipal Department of the Interior explained that this act would be regarded as hooliganism.
