The animal is on the Red Data Book of Belarus.

The officers and ensigns of the special police unit # 3214 bought a two-month baby lynx from the Russian state animal farm „Saltykovskiy”. According to the website of the MIA, the animal is under a vaccination period at the moment, so she needs observation. This is the second baby lynx bought by the special policemen.

Important to note, the European Lynx is a race species of animals, listed in the Red Data Book of Belarus, and the wild animal adapts to the conditions of being locked in captivity rather badly.
