The Department of the Investigative Committee of the Minsk region substantiates facts of the accident occurred in the bank of Zaslaul. A man took his 23-year old daughter hostage, the website of the Investigative Committee informs.

Locals also express their version about relative ties between the hostage and the man. According to them, father and daughter asked the bank to grant them a credit. Perhaps, the aggression of the man is caused by the refusal of the bank to issue the credit.
