As activists protesting against the work of the restaurant near the place of mass executions told Radio Svaboda, a car with Russian license plate knocked Leanid Kulakou, an activist of the civil campaign European Belarus. An ambulance was called.

Police officers, who came to the scene, refused to accept a police statement from the protesters.
