Activist of the European Belarus civil campaign Artsiom Charniak wrote this on the website of the Belarusian National Congress:

- The day before yesterday, when the "chamber" almost unanimously voted for a new decree on parasites, I was riding my bike past Drazdy. I looked at how the "servants of the people" lived. Expensive foreign cars, houses for half a million, high walls and security.
