Global Firepower has published the rating of the world's strongest armies. The Armed Forces of Belarus place 41st. Belarus is between Romania (40th place) and Peru (42nd place).

The top three of the world's top armies have been unchanged for at least three consecutive years – the United States, Russia, and China is the third one. The army of Ukraine is on the 29th place this year, Poland is 22nd, Lithuania – 95th, Latvia – 105th.

In general, the rating of the best armies in the world consists of 136 countries. Peace-loving Bhutan is На последнем месте.

The company has conducted a comprehensive study to create the rating, which takes into account more than 50 factors.

Countries that have a nuclear arsenal receive bonus points. Also, additional points are received by the countries that are members of NATO.
