The market administration has illegally seized the roll-ups from the sole traders for a thousand dollars debt for rent and moved them in violation of the law to a favorable location, Radio Racyja reports. Although the roll-ups were built at the expense of the sole traders, they were placed in the places unpopular with buyers.

In connection with a significant drop in the purchasing power of the Belarusians, it became completely unprofitable to use them, sole trader and activist Mikalai Charnavus says:

– They cut out the roll-ups illegally, without charge or trial, and installed them near the meat pavilion. Without a project, without agreement with the sanitary and epidemiological station, firefighters, not adhering to fire regulations. And they will use them for free. And the people were punished, although they had paid $ 2.4 thousand for each roller shutter.

Mikalai Charnavus appealed to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, which confirmed the violations when installing roll-ups by the cooperative market administration. It gave an order to correct flaws.

Such an answer has not satisfied the sole trader. Charnavus will appeal to the prosecutor's office and the State Control Committee, as there has been an unauthorized seizure of land and illegal actions of the market administration when repossessing entrepreneurs’ roll-ups.
