People Must Be Busy, Lukashenka Says

The dictator announced "optimization" in the education and health care spheres.

Lukashenka stated that during his working trip to the Slutski region, BelTA:

"Both education and health care system need drastic optimization. To make every person busy. There are some who work only three-four hours and say that they do not earn the promised one thousand rubles. To earn this money, one should work eight hours," Aliaksandr Lukashenka stresses.
