Sudan's Dictator Arrives On Official Visit In Minsk

The permanent leader of Sudan since 1989 will hold talks with Lukashenka.
Ruler of Sudan Omar Hassan Ahmed al-Bashir has arrived on an official visit in Minsk. He was solemnly greeted at the airport.
According to BelTA, on December 10, his talks with Aliaksandr Lukashenka will take place.
Sudanese dictator will take part in the official opening ceremony of the embassy of his country in Minsk, meet with high officials.
According to Parade, an American magazine, he was ranked first in the top ten worst dictators of the day in 2005.
