Tamara Krasouskaya has been rewarded with the “For Labor Merits” medal.

On November 27, Lukashenka signed a decree on rewarding “deputy” of the “house of representative” Tamara Krasouskaya with the “For Labor Merits” medal, nn.by writes.

Krasouskaya is a representative of the permanent “parliamentary commission” on labor and social issues.

Krasouskaya was an executive officer at Barysau district executive committee. She was in charge for the elaboration of the Decree #1 “On facilitation of employment of the population”, which the people ironically named “Decree on Parasites”.

“What are we going to punish with? Is labor a punishment? There is not a single punitive measure in the Decree. Everything is aimed only at facilitation and increasing a person’s motivation to be engaged into legal labor,” Krasouskaya noted.

Important to note, Belarusians working abroad automatically get listed as “parasites”. The lists will be compiled by the special commissions, which work with the personal data of Belarusians.

It was repeatedly stated that “parasites” will also pay for other services, subsidized by the state, and the “Belarusians not employed in the economy” were threatened with the labor and detox centers.

The previous version of the “decree on parasites” caused mass protests, which experts believe to be the most massive in Belarus since the perestroyka times.
