Ilham Aliyev arrived in Belarus on an official visit. The aircraft of the Azerbaijani leader landed at the National Airport Minsk, BelTA informs.

On November 19, official talks between Lukashenka and Aliyev will take place.

Official negotiations will take place at the Palace of Independence. They will be held in a one-on-one format and in an expanded format with the participation of members of delegations. It is expected that a number of international documents will be signed after the negotiations.
