Photo Report: How Friends And Associates Met Dzmitry Palienka

The political prisoner was released from the correctional colony No. 2 in Babruisk.

On April 24, at 7 am, Dzmitry Palienka called his friend, Maryna Nasenka, from the Babruisk railway station and said that he would be in Minsk in 3 hours. Friends and associates, as well as journalists, met the political prisoner at the Minsk railway station.

Palienka stayed behind bars for more than a year and a half, was convicted of “violence or threat of violence against police officers” and Part 2 of Article 343 of the Criminal Code.
