First Deputy Minister of Information Ihar Lutski confirmed the blocking of the Charter 97 website.

Minister of Information Aliaksandr Karliukevich is on a sick leave these days, he advised to turn to his deputy Ihar Lutski.

“Let's do it the following way: today the work day is over. All the official information will be voiced tomorrow, sorry, I will not say anything else. The decision is taken,” – Lutski said.
