Photo Fact: “Green Men” Driving APCs across Brest

Central streets of Brest were flooded with unknown people wearing masks and uniform and driving military vehicles of Russian pattern.

Brest reader informed Charter97.org.

“What we can say about autumn West-2017 military exercises if now we see military men in Russian fatigue uniform and driving Russian APCs in Brest. Precisely these “green men” appeared before occupation of Crimea in March 2014,” the reader wrote.
