The list of the soon-to-be-inspected enterprises is being formed.

The specialists of the Russian Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance start inspecting the enterprises of Belarus, Spokesperson for the Service Julia Melano has informed to the Interfax.

"We are talking about checking the enterprises producing livestock product, the list of the enterprises which will undergo the inspection is being formed at the moment,” – she has said.

According to her, the specialists of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance will first check the enterprises about which there have been more compalints. The inspection is planned to last for no less than a week.

The inspections of the Belarusian enterprises were previously scheduled on February. However, the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance cancelled them, as it explained, to avoid provocations. Exactly at that time Lukashenka stated there was a necessity to start a criminal case against head of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance Sergey Dankvert for “causing damage to the country”.

Meanwhile, Dankvert underlined that the shipment of the Belarusian enterprises’ production had been banned exclusively due to certain claims regarding its safety and quality.
