"My Father Has Been Taken Up For Nothing"

Activist of the independent RAP trade union Andrei Stryzhak’s son has come with a poster to the Homel temporary detention facility.

Andrei Stryzhak’s wife Yauheniya has written about it on her Facebook page:

– It’s minus the fifth day of Andrey's arrest: the medium. Today I fulfilled Liosha’s request, he was eager to fight and was saying: "I'll do anything for Dad."

Before Andrei's arrest, when we went to the station to meet him, and I warned that we could be detained at any moment, Liosha wised up: "I'm small, they will not do anything to me. It’s easier for me!"

The text on the poster is of Liosha’s authorship with my adjustment (he had a more rigid formulation, I suggested writing "Free My Dad", he was indignant: "I will not ask them for anything!").

Well, Liosha tried to wrangle with the officers on duty, did not approve of my courtesy and refused to say goodbye to them.

Liosha himself wants everyone to see his photo. "Let everyone help my father and support him," – he is saying to me right now.
