Belarusian Welder Walked St. Petersburg with the Kalashnikov Gun

When detention a Belarusian said that that gun did not require registration in law enforcement agencies.

April 16 at 7 am a Belarusian welder working for Zenit Arena was detained near house No. 125, Lenin Avenue. He had something looking like the Kalashnikov gun, gazeta.spb.ru informs.

He did not get confused and said that that was AK-103 and it was a diversionary empty weapon. It allegedly needs no registration.

Now it is on forensics. By the way, the Belarusian lives in St. Petersburg without registration.
