Breast-Feeding Mother Palina Sharenda-Panasiuk Kept In Brest Prison

The “European Belarus” civil campaign activist Palina Sharenda-Panasiuk has been detained at 12 o’clock in Brest, Charter97.org reports.

The activist is not released for the second day, regardless of her family state – she is a mother of two little children. The younger child is still on breast-feeding, and the lactation process of the mother is jeopardized due to the arrest.

Palina’s husband, the “European Belarus” activist Andrei Sharenda, was detained yesterday at the Freedom Day action in Minsk. He also remains under arrest.
