The dictator is making an official visit to Turkmenistan on 29-31 March.

It has been reported by Interfax.

The report notes that Foreign Ministry head Rashid Meredov informed of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on the preparation of the visit at a government meeting.
