Belarus’s lawsuit about the decline of the Russian oil supplies has not reached the EAEU court.

Belarus’s lawsuit over a limited amount of the Russian crude oil, supplied to the country, has not been received by the court of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).

"Such lawsuit hasn’t arrived. There has been no such information yet," — a representative of the court’s secretariat told RIA "Novosti" on Monday.

Important to note, last Friday Lukashenka said that Belarus applied to the court with regard to the decline of the Russian oil supplies. However, he did not specify which court our country had addressed to.

In the third quarter of last year Russia cut oil supplies to Belarus because of non-payment for the Russian gas and the short supply of petroleum products to Russia.

Russia insists on the price of $ 132 per thousand cubic meters, Belarus is ready to pay a little over $ 100. According to the estimates of the Russians, Belarus's debt for gas has already reached $ 550 million.

The volume of supplies of the Russian oil to Belarus in the first quarter of 2017 amounted to a total of 4 million tons.
