The dictator demanded that his administration should use "smaller forces" for work.

According to BelTA, Lukashenka said this at a meeting on "optimization" of his Administration.

"My requirements to the optimization of the state apparatus are unchanged. Continuous personnel renewal is needed. In this area only those should remain whose eyes are burning and who wants to work and be useful to the state. There's no other way, – the dictator said. – De-bureaucratization, ideological and personnel policy, economic expertise, legal course in the work of the president are most important. "

Lukashenka reminded, that some time ago, when he appointed the head and the first deputy head of his administration, he has given the task to reform the structure quietly, "reasonably and without campaigning".

"Being the main political headquarters of the head of state, it should be in the forefront of the renovation of state bodies, it should become an example of this upgrade and optimization," – the dictator said.

"The most important problems can be and should be solved by smaller forces," – Lukashenka stressed.
