Belarus Raises Export Fees On Oil, Oil Products Again

The fees will be raised since March 1 once again.

Belarus will raise the export duties on oil and oil products exported outside the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), since March 1, 2017 interfax.by reports.

The corresponding decision is contained in the resolution of the Council of Ministers of Belarus #160 dated February 25.

Thus, the rate of the export duty on crude oil will be increased from $ 89,5 to $ 91 per 1 ton. The duty on straight-run gasoline will increase from $ 49,2 to $ 50 per 1 ton, on commercial gasoline — from $ 26,8 to $ 27,3 per 1 ton.

The duty on light, medium distillates will be $ 27,3 per 1 ton (it was $ 26,8). The same duty has been set with regard to the diesel fuel, benzene, toluene, xylenes, and other lubricating oils.

Previously, the rates of the export customs duties on crude oil and certain categories of goods manufactured from oil were changed February 1, 2017.
