Last weekend Vladimir Putin spent in Sochi. Coincidentally, at the same time Lukashenka was there. There are things to talk about: the scandal about the construction of border areas near the Belarusian border and Lukashenka's refusal to be present at the Eurasian summit last December, gas and oil prices.

Two rulers did not meet officially. But one can assume that there was a meeting. Despite the fact that Lukashenka constantly has a rest in Sochi - Belarus resort - this time his presence there was not coincidental.
