The cost of square meter was increased by half after the residents received the keys.

To pay $ 20.000 extra or to lose the apartment and to return a $ 50.000 loan to the bank. According to Belsat, families with many children in Salihorsk had to face such a choice.

It was offered to build housing for them and it was promised that the cost of square meter will not change. But it has grown from 7 to 11 million Belarusian rubles already after the keys had been given to the residents.
