About 500 Foreigners Used Visa-Free Regime of Belarus

82 citizens of Germany and the same number of citizens of Poland used this opportunity.

As of 9 am, February 15, the National Airport of Minsk registered 465 foreign citizens who had decided to use a 5-day visa-free regime, BelTA informs.

There are 82 citizens of Germany and the same number of citizens of Poland, Italy - 48, Lithuania - 32, France - 21, the UK - 20.

5-day visa-free regime became valid for citizens of 80 countries on February 12. It applies to 39 countries in Europe, including the entire European Union, and Brazil, Indonesia, the United States, Japan and a number of other states.

For citizens of Viet Nam, Haiti, Gambia, Honduras, India, China, Lebanon, Namibia, Samoa a mandatory requirement is to have a valid multiple visa to the EU countries or the Schengen area with entry marks, as well as flight tickets with confirmation of departure from the Minsk National Airport within five days from the date of entry.
