Undeclared War: Belaruski Partyzan Website Falls Under Blocking?

Readers of the Belaruski Partyzan began to report that they were having problems with access to the web site in the evening of December 14.

In particular, we received the first message at 17.15: those using services of the Internet provider Atlant-Telecom (which is now the Velcom telecom operator) cannot access the web site of the Belaruski Partyzan. The following message appeared on the screen:

MTS subscribers also couldn't access the website.

The subscribers of the provider Garant (which is also now Velcom) from Vitsebsk cannot access the web site as well.

The editorial office of the Belaruski Partyzan checked the website of the Ministry of Information of Belarus: no one officially warned them, there were no orders to block the web site, journalists did not receive any notifications via e-mail.
