Internet Hit: Song "New Day" In Belarusian

Singer Sofja Lapina recorded a cover version of the song "New Day" in Belarusian.

Music – Uladzimir Kurlovich, words – Siarhei Burets.

It is reported on the singer’s Facebook page that Sofja Lapina is a singer, author of music and lyrics. Sofja studies at the Moscow Institute of Contemporary Art at the faculty of pop and jazz vocal. Her tutor and curator is a famous Belarusian singer Piotr Yalfimau.

It is also reported that Sofia Lapina plans to participate in the national selection for Eurovision 2018 to represent the Republic of Belarus.

The song is quickly gaining popularity on YouTube.
