Belarusian Officials To Build Themselves 21-Storeyed Residential House For 100 Apartments In Moscow

The authorities decided to build a mixed-use residential cluster of the Belarusian Embassy.

A 21-storeyed mixed-use residential cluster of the Belarusian Embassy will be constructed in the east of Moscow, informs the news agency gazeta.ru with a reference to the press-center of the Moscow Expertise Committee.

It is pointed out that the Moscow Expertise Committee has coordinated the project documentation for the residential cluster of the Belarusian Embassy in the Russian Federation at the following address: Moscow, the Eastern Administrative Area, Bogorodskoye district, Pogonnyi Drive, 7.

The plan prescribes an underground parking for 60 cars and the fitness center with the premises for the sauna with a swimming pool. There will be 100 apartments in the building, including 20 one-bedroom, 52 two bedroom. 27 three-bedroom ones, and one apartment for an attaché with a conference hall. Apart from the staircase, the building will have two elevators with the capacity of 1 thousand kilos and two elevators with the capacity of 400 kilos. They also plan to construct a nursery there.
