Blogger Eduard Palchys Officially Indicted

The Head of the Investigatory Committee has said that “everything is clear” with Palchys’ case, and added that “the investigation will not take long”.

The investigation has officially indicted Eduard Palchys today, as Head of the Investigatory Committee of Belarus Ivan Naskevich has informed to the journalists.

“Eduard Palchys used to administer a website, he is accused of incitement of ethnic hatred and porn distribution,” – BelTA quotes Ivan Naskevich.

The Head of the Investigatory Committee has added that “everything is clear” with Palchys’ case, and that “the investigation will not take long”.

As charter97.org informed earlier, the Russian law-enforcement agencies detained creator of the website 1863x.com Eduard Palchys, also known as Jhon Silver, upon the enquiry of the Belarusian side. Later he was extradited to Belarus.
