Vandals Dishallowed Monument To Shot Jews With Swastika

Vandals damaged the memorial on the site of 800 local residents’ execution in 1942 in Valozhyn district.

On May 21, the Ivatsevichy town council reported that the unknown damaged a monument to shot Jews in a forest near the village – ripped off the abaculus and painted a swastika on the fence.

According to the police department of Minsk City Executive Committee, operational activities are being carried out to find the involved in the crime.
