Vital Rymasheuski: Authorities Will Appoint Pseudo-Opposition To “Chamber”

Belarusian opposition warns European MPs about an intention of the authorities to let representatives of pseudo-democrats enter the parliament.

It was stated on May 24 at the hearings in the European Parliament.

From the Belarusian side its participants are Anatol Liabedzka, Vital Rymasheuski, Uladzimir NIakliaeu, Siarhei Kaliakin, Aliaksei Yanukevich, Yury Hubarevich.

“The position of the democratic forces of Belarus is unified: once again the authorities are going to rig the elections, and appoint as “deputies of the chamber of representatives” citizens, whom they would try to present as opposition representatives. Such an approach is absolutely unacceptable for us, and it is just to freeze the situation with absence of real elections in Belarus,” – Vital Rymasheuski has written on his Facebook page.
