Elkin’s Cartoon: Putin And Greatness

A well-known Russian cartoonist Sergei Elkin has dedicated his new satiric picture to Russia’s president Vladimir Putin.

He published his caricature on his Twitter account.

Elkin pictured the Russian ruler in a T-shirt with the word “economy.” The shoes of the tiny president are in huge shoes, called “influence” and “greatness.”
