Preventive Supervision From Mikalai Autukhovich Lifted

The court of Vaukavysk district has made the final decision to discharge the sole trader.

Mikalai Autukhovich has been under preventive supervision for 22 months, Radio Svaboda reports. Today the court of Vaukavysk district has made the final decision to discharge him, and on February 8 his preventive supervision ends.

“I have not violated anything, there are no reasons for the extension of preventive supervision. Nevertheless, I wasn’t sure that the court would make a decision in my favor. The judge asked in details the representative of the police and the prosecutor, if I had had any violations during this period. Finally, the prosecutor said that there were no violations, and there was no point in extension of preventive supervision,“ – the ex-political prisoner said.
