Kachanava: Young Coaches Should Take $60 Salaries Appropriately

One should not expect to be reached by huge financial bonuses.

At the panel of the Ministry of Sports the Vice Premiere of the Belarusian government Natallia Kachanava touched upon material facet in the work of young coaches of Children's and Youth Sports Schools, Pressball newspaper reports.

– Let’s take a young coach who starts work with a salary of Br1.3 million (about $60). Well, what can we do! The salary is like this! In general, after finishing school a person should clearly realize what salary to expect as a coach of the lowest level. One should not expect to receive huge financial bonuses there.

A very serious selection of cadres for these positions should take place. Those who want to be engaged in the trade of a coach, who can do that and who would take this period with the salary of Br1.3 appropriately, are to be sent there. You all are the people of the sovereign ruler and should understand the situation in the country.
