Lukashenka – Most Popular Foreign Politician In Ukraine

According to a survey, the Ukrainians consider Aliaksandr Lukashenka to be the best leader of all the global leaders, while the worst attitude is shown towards Vladimir Putin.

This is born out by the results of a study conducted by the sociological group “Rating”, Radio Svaboda reports.

Sociologists say that 63% of respondents have a positive attitude to Lukashenka, 58% - to the German Chancellor Angela Merkel.

Also, 51% of respondents have a positive attitude to the President of Lithuania Dalia Grybauskaite, 49% - to the President of Poland Andrzej Dude and American leader Barack Obama.

The worst attitude is demonstrated towards the Russian President Vladimir Putin – only 10% of respondents expressed a positive attitude to him.

Ranking of negative attitude is headed by Mr. Putin (80%). One third of the respondents have a negative attitude towards Obama, a quarter of the respondents - to Hollande, Nazarbayev, Merkel. Every fifth respondent has a negative attitude towards Lukashenka, every sixth - towards Grybauskaite.
