Terms for 100% Payment for Housing and Utilities Services Known

Economy Minister Uladzimir Zinouski announced a gradual shift to payment in full of tariffs for housing and utilities services until the end of 2018.

The issue was discussed at the presidium meeting of the Council of Ministers within government's activity program for 2016-2020.

The minister specified a gradual shift to payment in full, BelTA reports.

Three-phase plan on such implementation looks as follows: 50% of its actual value in the end of 2016 year, 75% - in the end of 2017, and 100% - in the end of 2018.

As earlier reported, cost cut for housing and utilities services for the population was planned for 2016.

Predicted cut was fixed at not less than 15% to 2015. In 2015 this indicator equaled to 10.7%. The work was done by staff optimization.
