Vladimir Zhirinovsky's laughter, which social media users called wild, has become a meme.

Zhirinovsky tells an anecdote about Barack Obama and Angela Merkel and bursts out laughing on air of TV program "Sunday night with Vladimir Solovyov".

"Why don't you laugh? Is it not funny? Have you got that?" – the leader of LDPR asks his perplexed conversation partners.

Zhirinovsky's laughter has immediately gone viral and even has become a coub.
