Debts Of Minsk Enterprises Soar

Arrears of Minsk institutions on loans and borrowings have more than doubled since the beginning of the year.

Overdue loans of Minsk companies (excluding micro- organizations and small non-departmental organizations) amounted to 367.3 million redenominated rubles on October 1, 2016. In comparison with January 1, 2016 this figure increased by 2.2 times, from 1 September – by 5.1%, BelaPAN reports with reference to the Minsk Central Statistical Office.

As of October 1, 2016, the loans and borrowings amounted to 13 billion 437 million rubles, 0.4% less than as of 1 January, and by 0.7% less than in the beginning of September.

The overdue accounts payable increased by 20.5% since the beginning of the year and amounted to 1 billion 121 million rubles, it increased by 0.9% in September.

The external overdue accounts receivable has increased by 3.9% from the beginning of the year and as of October 1 reached 359.4 million rubles. In September, it fell by 3.8%.

The overdue receivables increased by 48.2% during the first nine months and amounted to 2 billion 682.3 million rubles, it decreased by 0.3% in September.

The external overdue receivables have increased by 1.7% from the beginning of this year and amounted to 622.6 million rubles. Since early September, it fell by 5.5%.

As the website charter97.org previously reported, the stocks of finished products increased again in October. As of November 1, the share of stocks in the industry amounted to 68% of the monthly production and increased by 3.7% in October.
