The Investigative Committee of Belarus is working in order to obtain a more complete and thorough understanding of all the circumstances surrounding the accident in Ivatsevichy district with the participation of a BAZ.

Official representative of the IC in Brest region Maryna Drankova informed BelTA about that.

Last Monday, in the evening of October 10, a fighting vehicle crashed into a Renault at the 166th km of the motorway M1. According to preliminary reports, the accident occurred due to the fact that the BAZ, making a U-turn, drove into the oncoming lane.

As a result, two passengers in the car were injured. They were taken to the local hospital. The driver of the passenger car, as well as the military men, was not injured. All the Renault passengers are Polish citizens.

Now the Brest region IC and the Ivatsevichy district IC department are conducting investigation into the matter.
