Currency collapse in Belarus

Dollar traded at Br16 800.

The Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange held its regular trading.

As a result, dollar increased by Br75 and now costs Br16 498. Currency exchange offices sell dollars at Br16 600 - 16800.

Euro increased by Br139 and traded at Br18 337. Russian ruble decreased by Br3.63 and now equals to Br246.3.

Since early August the Belarusian ruble has lost more than 8% against dollar. Then it was traded at Br15 248. The Belarusian ruble had 10% downturn against euro.

Other countries of the Customs Union suffer currency crash. Today dollar in Russia costs more than 67 rubles. Euro costs 74.35 Russian rubles.

Kazakhstan tenge suffered a downturn against the US dollar. Tenge fell by more than 35%.
