Atavists of the initiative Boycott dropped more than 1000 leaflets reading “Time to change bald tyres. Boycott 2015” from the roof of a multi-storey building.

A video by Belsat TV shows activists throwing leaflets calling to boycott the presidential “elections” from the roof.

The campaign took place near Yubileiny market in Brest on July 3.

“The regime will hold falsifications instead of elections on October 11,” activists of Boycott initiative told Belsat. “The only way out is to boycott this ugly thing. So, we carried out the campaign calling for a boycott. Real elections in Belarus will be possible only when Lukashenka and his cronies quit,” the activist says.

None elections in Belarus have been recognised by the international community since 1996. Head of the Central Election Commission Yarmoshyna was banned from entering the EU and the US for rigging the results of the 2004 elections. Almost 200 Belarusian officials were added to the blacklist after the 2010 elections.
