Charter97.org was informed about that by the press-service of Rosselkhoznadzor.

“On July 19, 2015 while quarantine phytosanitary control was carried out by the department of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision at the advance information point Krasnaya Gorka, 20 tons of potatoes transported without identification tags from Belarus, with an accompanying phytosanitary certificate of Belarus as of 16.07.2015 № 05/57-15/1463, were banned entry,” the report reads.
