Deputies of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (CPRF) are going to support Alyaksandr Lukashenka’s nomination in the next presidential “election”.

This statement has been made by the leader of the party Gennady Zyuganov, TASS informs.

“I have met with Lukashenka in Baku. He is going to run in the “election” again, the “election” is to take place on October 11. Together with all the leftist forces, should it be it their youth movement, or trade unions, we have agreed to support this decision,” Zyuganov said.

As said by him, the party is to offer informational support to Lukashenka. A decision about that had been adopted at the session of the executive committee held in Minsk.

We remind that since 1996 none of the elections in Belarus was recognized by the world community. Since 2004 the head of the Central Election Commission Lidziya Yarmoshyna (after the election of 2010 almost two hundreds of Belarusian officials joined her) was banned entry to the EU countries and the US.
